Edwards Statement Regarding The Deployment Of 50 New Hampshire National Guard Troops From The 237th Military Police Company To Iraq

Manchester, NH – Senator Edwards released the following statement regarding the deployment of 50 New Hampshire National Guard troops from the 237th Military Police Company to Iraq:

"As these brave National Guard troops from New Hampshire depart for Iraq, Elizabeth and I keep them, their families and their loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.

"We all join together as Americans to honor and thank the brave men and women who selflessly volunteer to serve and protect our nation. We pray for their safety and look forward to them returning home to the hero's welcome they deserve."
