This summer we called on Young Americans to submit videos and pictures of what they were doing to create change as part of our Summer of Action. We received countless videos and pictures—testaments to the important work you are doing in your own communities.
The Kern County One Corps chapter from California led voter registration drives. Students from Macalester College led a campus climate challenge. Hundreds of young YouTube users responded to a call to Stand Up for World Peace. And College Democrats of America delegates volunteered at a local food back with John Edwards interns at the College Democrat convention in Columbia, SC. These are just some of the ways youth made a difference and brought about bold change in their communities.
